As someone with medical anxiety this was such a great experience. This was my first time visiting today and the staff were very polite, caring, and knowledgeable. Check-in was super easy and even though I was the first one in the office I did not wait long in lobby nor in the back. Care was quick and very thorough. I highly recommend this urgent care over the rest in Crestview. If needed again, definitely visiting this one!
Great experience at Crestview Immediate Care. Hardly any wait and the staff were all kind and professional. The waiting and exam rooms were both very clean and welcoming. They will absolutely be our go-to for urgent care needs.
From the sweet front desk ladies, to the staff and nurses. It was the best experience I've had in over 20yrs. From my first initial phone call, I felt very confident to give this a clinic a go. Had a little trouble finding the place, but the front desk talked me all the way into the front door. Nurse Heather and her assistant was super amazing and caring. They showed compassion and took the time to understand me as a patient and human. And to me that means the world.
