Absolutely loved Pilates with Brooke! The whole studio is welcoming & kid friendly. Brooke was amazing with her instructions, help, and pushes you to go the extra mile to work your body. It's been years since I've attended Pilates and it was such a great experience, I can't wait to go back! As a birth worker I love the studio compliments expecting mommas, postpartum, and welcoming to children!
We LOVE 4:8 Physio! Dr Molly and her staff helped our daughter to recover from injuries and issues with her feet. In the last few months, she went from limping and using crutches to running, hiking, and playing like most 10 year olds!! We cannot recommend them highly enough!
