When we decided to start the home building process, we knew that choosing the right builder would be the most important decision we would make. We knew that we needed someone with integrity who is trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable, has a good rapport with Wakulla county officials, as well as a lot of experience building custom homes and someone who would allow us to use a couple of our own subcontractors. We went to Erick with a "unusual" request of building a multigenerational home. It is basically 2 homes within 1. That includes 4 owners each with their own ideas and styles. He did not bat an eye with our unusual request. During our construction Erick was hands on and had the best crews working on our home. There was not one time that we were not able to reach him. Any challenges or changes that came up Erick was able to handle without hesitation. I would choose Erick for any future project recommend him to everyone. I love my new house!
