If I can give double negative stars that would show how unsatisfied I am with this place. I called yesterday trying to book an appointment and they told me to see them it gone be $800. But on the insurance card it says to see a specialist is 125. They called me back later on and told me yes my co pay is 125 they can schedule me. I come in today, they are out dated no card payment bad phone service and no wifi, I sent the Zelle payment to be seen and they said it’s pending and they can’t see me until it goes through. Hire new secretaries, having to talk to someone who is half listening to gossip in the background is not professional. Treat your customers kindly and not like someone trying to steal from you. Also the obvious level of mistrust is off-putting.

Worst place ever to bring your child. Customer service is horrible, communication is horrible, and the ladies in there are ridiculous. They sat there and told me they couldn't treat my child because they haven't received my referral, and my pediatricssaid they sent it a week ago. Why is this place even in business? I was better off treating my childs broken arm at my house. Do all of us a favor and just relocate to hell. Thank you.
