“I was really looking forward to my massage and went in with very high expectations based on the reviews. The massage was good but was soured by the masseuse sniffling throughout the 90 minutes. Midway through I asked if she had a cold or perhaps allergies and she said allergies. That being the case and with Covid cases being on the rise, people have to be cautious. I would have expected her to have a mask on at minimum and she did not. If I could solely base the rating on experience and ambiance from arrival to departure, it would be a 5.“
