VERY UNHAPPY PATIENT!! I have tried to contact this co since 4/30/24, when I had to go to one of their offices and complete a refund for an overpayment from April 2023! They have kept my nearly $1k for more than a year. I have called multiple times and only get their recording- which in leaving a message you don't hear back from anyone! I reported Dr Merheb to their office Mgr a year ago, as extremely close to fondling his front desk staff, which I disgustingly witnessed from sitting in the lobby. This place and the reviews from so many patients says it all. DON'T SEE ANY DR IN THIS PRACTICE!

The worst experience I've ever had at any medical facility. Stay away from Dr. Chenard. The worst experience in every aspect that I have ever had with a Doctor. He literally spent two minutes with me and that was enough. He was very condescending and didn't appear to be interested in why I was even there. I didn't even have a chance to explain my situation because he continually interrupted me and then left to see his next patient. I'm totally baffled as to how he has the letters MD after his name. If you look at Health grades to see his reviews you won't find any. I attempted to review him there and the system does not allow you to complete the review. I find that very unusual.

Let me start by saying the doctors I have seen here have all been amazing. The issue with this office is the billing dept. I have been going here since January 2022. In February 2022, the office rec'd a payment from my insurance which gave me a credit of around $150. No one ever told me I had this credit and I continued to see the doctor and this amount was never used towards my co-pays or my deductible for surgery in February 2023. For my surgery I also paid my deductible to this office. The insurance ended up billing the deductible to my hospital bill instead. Again, this office was paid and I had an additional credit of $285 in March 2023. I had another surgery scheduled for July 2023 and was charged my 10% co ins. in June. Later in June, after speaking with my insurance company, I learned about the deductible not being charged to my surgeon. I asked for an accounting from this office and found out I had nearly $500 in credit. I submitted my refund request online (their preferred method) and after a few weeks when I followed up the claimed to have never gotten it. So I went into the office and signed a physical form which was date stamped as rec'd. This was 7 weeks ago. To date, my refund has still not been processed. I have asked to speak to the billing manager since I was told she is the only one who can give me a full status on my refund. For weeks I have left messages. I went into the office and spoke with an office manager who assured me he would assist but nothing has come of it. I am not one to write reviews; however, since I cannot get a response by contacting the office directly, I am hoping that maybe posting here will get their attention. At this point they have had around $150 of my money sitting in their account for over a year and half. They have had an additional $285 of my money in their account for the past six months. My total refund due (with some other minor credits from the insurance company) is $485. This whole situation is reflecting badly on their business. I have referred family to this office because I do love the doctors. But this unfortunately is leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
