Roof Doctors personnel were courteous and understanding of my problem. Their Customer Service team dispatched an experienced EXPERT to examine my wood rot fascia problem. He explained the cause of the problem and how to solve it.Their customer service team contacted me and worked around a visit from my Grand Daughter to dispatch their Highly Qualified Team to replace not only the fascia, but part of the roof which had been rotted. The technician showed me photos of the problem, after removing the roof tiles and before beginning repairs, The photos were self explanatory and they worked from 8am to 7pm.replacing the rotted wood, repairing the roof problem and re-installing...read full review

I have been dealing with the company for almost 10 years now, and they have never let me down for any of the properties that I have handed them.....so when I needed repairs on my roof at my own house it was a no brainer who I would call and they came through like a champ...came out when they said they would, gave me an honest quote, sent the workers when they said they would, and I am sure the job was done correctly. What more can you ask for!! Jay M

Pine Crest School has been associated with Roofing Concepts Unlimited/Roof Doctors since 1997. Over the years, they have replaces over 15 roofs on our buildings. This would include built-up and cement tile. We have found them to be very reliable and fair priced, but most of all, in a trade where you are relying on their word or the word of others, We have found them to be honest.
