I wanted to express my immense gratitude to Miranda from the front desk. Although I did not purchase any services with them, I had an issue with new frames I got from a nearby optometrist (very bad service) and decided to come in to this store as I work next to it.Miranda did not hesitate to accommodate my frames to be better molded to my face and also outsold the benefits and features that the store provides to its customers. Will definitely come once I need to renew my prescription next year!

Dr. Cooper is always very thorough and answers all my questions. The front desk team were very friendly and welcoming. The office is also very clean and organized which I appreciate. Another successful visit!!

Love this place! I've been coming for years and they have great service. Firstly, when I come for my exam appointments, I never have to wait - they are always on time, which I appreciate at doctors offices. I can also admit I'm bad at keeping up with ordering my contacts so I tend to run out before I can reorder my 90 day supply. They are always so kind and allow me to come in and get a week or two of them until I can get my normal order in. Not a bad thing to say about this location!
