I have had Pool Centers maintaining my pool for over 8 years. Over all those years, they have done right by me as a customer. When I needed my pool resurfaced, they were there. When I needed a new light installed, they were there. When I wanted to convert to salt water, they were there. Debbie and Moshe have provided weekly service every week and when I am expecting to use the pool and ask them to give it a extra effort, they somehow make it even cleaner looking. No one is 100% effort 100% of the time, but they do try.

I am a little bit confused with whoever is writing bad reviews about Pool Center USA.Debbie and Moshe are fantastic individuals. Every time I come in with a concern, they go out their way to address every issue I have with my pool. They are wonderful people who provide excellent service. I am a customer for life.

I really have to update my review, even though I gave them a 5 star review in the past. I would upgrade it to 6 if I could!I have had Pool Center USA as my cleaning, and everything pool related really, company for a number of years and I have to say that I would not change them for anything. They are so very responsive. every time we call them they are right there to fix the problems even at their own expense. I like that when I call, they know exactly who I am and always try to accommodate us. Small business give us such a personal and customer oriented experience.
