I made my appointment 1 month ago and they changed it without letting me know two times! They made the error and now they are telling me they don't have anything available for another two weeks! What an unprofessional place! Horrible experience.
The Therapist and staff at Select Physical Therapy are all excellent and all true professionals, I had a Total Knee Replacement surgery on March 11, 2022, and have worked with Brian Joseph DPT, Tyler Dolan DPT, Lisa Ryan PTA, and Elaine Sanchez PTA. All are excellent and have help me with my recovery from the surgery. This is the second time that I have come to Select Physical Therapy for my Physical Therapy post-surgery and can only say that Select Physical Therapy on Sample Road, in Coral Springs is the only place I will go to for any of my P.T. needs and furthermore, highly recommend them. In addition, the front decks staff are all very helpful and pleasant to work with as well. Edwin Soto
I've contemplated writing this review for over a year, but I am in so much pain at this point and I want this practice and potential clients to know what happened. I've experienced absolutely debilitating jaw pain for years now. I finally was able to get a referral for PT and was elated to know I could go see Alex, who specializes in jaw pain. I finally had a light at the end of the tunnel, and I was hopeful again. If you don't know the pain of TMJ, you can't full understand just how debilitating it can be. Alex evaluated me for about 10 minutes. He arrived at the conclusion that my severe jaw and neck pain was due to my weight. I was by no means a thin person. At the time I weighed 230 pounds. However, I refuse to accept that my weight was the sole and major reason for extreme jaw pain, headaches, and neck pain. Alex told me he "couldn't touch me" or work on me because "it would just make it worse". He gave me one exercise to do at home, and told me "it only takes one brain cell to do this" when I told him I wasn't sure if I could do it because it hurt. He told me to come back in a month and he was hoping I'd be down 10 pounds by then. I'm not sure exactly WHY he wanted me to come back. I guess he was signing up to manage my weight. Fast forward to now. I've lost 80 pounds. And guess what? My pain is worse than it's ever been. I am having a very difficult time living my life and I'm only 30 years old. I'm finally going back to see the oral surgeon and have a new referral for PT. I'd be lying if I told you I wasn't terrified to see the new PT, because I'm still so humiliated and ashamed by what this man said to me, and how he treated me.
