Stopped by with my wife to get threading done. Lady was nice but after resting her hands in my wife's eyes while threading had the audacity to ask if we had cash for her tip. I understand that tips are recorded when left with a card but that's not for you to decide how a customer spends their money.

I've been a loyal customer for years now. I've never had an issue, even with the newbies. Yesterday a woman I didn't recognize threaded my brows. I have extremely thick eyebrows, i walked in there with a full unibrow. She was taking along time on my left brow & accusing me of having thin brows. I felt her dabbing my eyebrows for minutes. When she hands me the mirror i see she botched my left brow & tried to COVER IT WITH MAKEUP. NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!! She kept changing the subject and telling me i need to wear makeup to look pretty. Never going there again! Very disappointed & I'm terrified of letting anyone touch my brows again. She made one brow so thin and uneven. She didn't really want to print me a receipt either but on the email it said her name was Rabia. DO NOT GO. They mess up then blame you!

Horrible place got my lip threaded today June 28th at 12:45 pm and this employee completely didn't take all of the hair off of my lip and I had to drive back for her to remove all of the hair off of my lip never take your business here they rush and don't take their time. Absolutely disgusting Only good person here is rapha she is the only reason I'd ever return!
