I rarely write reviews but I feel my experience with Max and Lindsay warrants one. I had, like most real estate transactions, a quite messy situation where my seller's were unable to close timely, ultimately with a closing delayed more than four months. Max and his team rolled with all of the punches (including my stress!), stayed on top of the ever-evolving situation, answered emails after hours, reached out to the various players (insurance, title, etc) to get the documents they needed (relieving me of the stress of needing to do that), and always sent clear and concise lists of what they needed me to provide.
