My wife needed to close a CD account and entered the University Dr office in Coral Springs. We stood at the entrance with another couple, watching the "receptionist" talking on the phone for several minutes and not acknowledging anyone around her. My wife moved to a teller and was told to wait for an available rep. She went back to the receptionist who was now on the phone for 8-10 minutes. My wife sat down without telling the receptionist what she needed, so I reminded her to do so or she would be forgotten. Once my wife had the receptionist's attention, we name was taken, and she was told to wait. No problem, it was busy. But why is a receptionist dealing with a phone call with people waiting in a line at the physical bank? What happened to customer service? She should have put that call on hold and directed the traffic flow in the bank, and the call could have been handled later or by another employee.

This branch discriminate Spanish costumer. I had a bad experience with the representatives. They don't even help me out they just kicked me out. they thought I didn't speak English and that was failed. Never going to go back to that horrible place

This location doesn't even deserve one star. Rudest, most insensitive employees I've ever encountered. My wife, who maintains a huge account with them for over 30 years, needed estate papers notarized. She made an appointment and I went with her. She is grieving the loss of her 44 year old brother. We walk in to see a snarky bank employee who barely greets us, (no, how can I help, hello, etc). My wife advises she has an appointment to get some papers notarized. The employee asks her when her appointment was. My wife responds, only to be told we are 10 minutes late and the person who does the notarizing has been waiting. We then walk over to the office of that person who starts reading through all the attorney prepared documents as if she was qualified to do so and advises she cannot notarize the documents because there is no case number assigned! She has now promoted herself to an attorney and in doing so, also forgot that she is supposed to be a customer service person, and offering condolences might have been appropriate considering she was also looking at a death certificate for my wife's brother. Outrageous! She has clearly also forgotten that a notary is attesting to the signer's identity. We were both so shocked by the unbelievable rudeness and insensitivity at this bank, that we couldn't get out of there fast enough. The regret we have is not closing her account immediately but that is forthcoming. We proceeded to go to a UPS store who hasn't forgotten about customer service, and notarized the documents without issue.
