So incredibly lucky to have found Keith and this company! Had several companies evaluate what was needed to repair some water damage and mold due to an AC leak. Everyone out there followed the same scare tactic approach, suggesting an excessive scope of work and pricing that was inflated beyond imagination.Keith was the ONLY one that did NOT try to use scare tactics. He evaluated the actual damage and determined it's extent was in actuality not as extreme as we were lead to believe.
