Been going to the Coral Springs location for about 7 years. The place just keeps getting worse. Today I showed up for my 2pm deep tissue massage appointment with someone named Stacey. She's at best 5' tall standing on her toes. I'm 5'11 245lbs. We go back to the room and I ask "you do deep tissue right"? She responds "been doing them all day". She then asks if I have any specific thing bothering me today or specific area she should focus on. Normal question I get every time I go. Okay so let's get into it. I absolutely enjoyed myself, the staff was the sweetest. Great conversation. Everyone was on time and ready to cater to me! They offer great deals in-house use, online, and on Groupon I'll be back ❤️
I used the Black Friday promotion that MassageLuxe had recently. I had an amazing facial from Maria! She was energetic and extremely educational. When I first arrived, they checked me in very quickly and escorted me to the waiting lounge. I waited a few minutes before Maria came to take me to the room. The facial was excellent and I left feeling brand new. I'll definitely come back and try other services they offer.
