After months of looking for a contractor that we could trust and provide affordable renovation services, we came upon Home Design and Repair. Evan and his team were super professional, honest and candid. They also were very consultative in terms of what we envisioned and how to work that into our budget for two bathroom renovations. Evan frequently checked in with us and communicated every important next steps to ensure the projects were completed by the expected finish date. The team (Carlos and Noay) were super respectful, always punctual, didn’t disturb us while we worked and lived in our home during the renovation and always cleaned up at the end of the day. I worked with Evan and his crew recently on a bedroom renovation, and they were awesome! The before and after of the work is nothing less than incredible, the guys doing the job were very kind and extremely detail-oriented, and Evan was terrific about both my budget needs and offering suggestions to get a room that badly needed renovation -- updates included removing '70s-installed paneling and carpet to fixing water-damaged walls -- so it could become a room everyone absolutely loves when they see it. Will definitely be working with Evan and his crew again in the near future. My highest recommendation.
