My dog feels loved and cared for by Bert, Emily, Victoria and Dr. Lera just to name a few people. Very personable! The entire team caters to your pet. Our geriatric dog got special mats. The doctor takes the time to speak with you and answer all of your questions and is very transparent about treatment possibilities and cost. He also has a decent sense of humor 😉. They all care about The pet pets they care for!
Dr. Vera truly helped our little baby Molly during one of the scariest moments of our lives when she was having seizures. He was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly compassionate. He genuinely cared about Molly’s well-being and took the time to explain everything to us in detail so we could understand what was happening and what to expect.
He never made us feel rushed, and he showed so much patience and empathy toward both Molly and us as worried pet parents. The entire staff was attentive, kind, and supportive, they cared not only about Molly’s health but also about how we were feeling during such a stressful time.
