Talked over me The whole call …went over my questions and all I had was one simple question about any closing cost assistance programs that Guaranteed rate offered. He jumped to what is the house cost that you’re trying to buy “It depends on what you qualify for “. An extremely distasteful individual to potential customers who are looking forward to working with guaranteed rate. definitely questioning if I should move forward.

Michael Murgatroy and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. My wife and I bought our house 2 years ago and we still talk about how amazing his team was. Had very bad experiences with Marc and his team. He was very hard to reach out. I'd have to follow up several times in order to get a response, which is very annoying especially having deadlines. He increased interest rate in a middle of the process from what it was previously agreed. However, was able to fix it, after I refused to continue. His team seems very unprofessional. With all this I ended up loosing my earnest money deposit plus money I spent on inspections.
