My old desktop stopped working after many years.did an internet search on my phone and found the friendly guru.read the reviews,all looked good.the owner's name is eric.he is a one man business. Took my computer to him and he said it was not worth repairing.i bought a new one and took it to him to have everything transferred. He did an excellent job in a timely fashion at the price he quoted. You can't get customer service like this in a big box store.it was a pleasure doing business with him and I highly recommend anyone to give him a try.you won't regret it. Jim, Coral Springs

He definitely lives up to his business name, I had some questions about my computer, and without trying to sell me anything he took 10 minutes out of his day to assist me. Very knowledgeable in this field.

I was having an issue with Outlook on my PC and was very lucky to have found Eric. I gave a call and he was at my home within about an hour since we live close. He quickly found and fixed the issue to my amazement. Eric is truly a great guy and I highly recommend him for your electronic needs.
