I recently visited Danielle's acupuncture class at Eagles' Haven. I was so impressed with her knowledge of Chinese medicine and the way she relates it to western medicine and our minds and bodies. Her sincerity , empathy, and skills created an atmosphere of serenity and inner peace.
This place is magnificent - extraordinary - resourceful.Community is gangsta, loving, growing and healing. Beautiful community.Come take a class or weekly. Art, exercise, yoga, therapeutic fitness, pain relief, Acupuncture, meditation and sound healing, therapeutic guitar, dog training, and smoothie bike. Literally each one of those plus more.Have a balanced day.
I attended Matthew Hamburger’s (Posture Police) stretch classat Eagles Haven, on Thursday 1/13/22. Thus was my first visit. The atmosphere was welcoming and calming. I was immediately greeted and registered for class. The facility was clean and the participants and employees were respectful of others. I encourage you to visit Eagles Haven!
