The two stars come from the quick response and proficient installation. The three missing stars are as followed:1) Does the work without giving you a cost.2) Charges $364 for what is a routine problem. I've been in retail for 20 years and never had I seen a charge this high for a repair and replacement of a lock cylinder.I won't be using this company again. I feel like they thrive on one-shot service calls because they are mobile and respond quickly. You live and learn.
