A month and a half ago our coil went out. We called Erica’s cooling and plumbing and not only was the technician rude, he diagnosed the issue as the coil needing to be cleaned.- it was leaking! Two days later, the system went out again… Erica’s charged us over $1000 for two visits in two days and never fix the problem. We called Cool Air Conditioning Systems and Ferdie successfully diagnosed the issue and worked with Carrier to get the parts covered under warranty. a month later, our compressor went out. Once again, Ferdie to the rescue. he contacted his distributor, got us a new compressor and made a claim through Carrier to get the parts covered under warranty....read full review

Had another company come out and offered me a high efficiency Ac for nearly $7,500. Cool Air came out and not only beat the price, they included the permitting, registered my system for me, and installed a new thermostat I had them come back a couple weeks later and we opted to upgrade the thermostat to a Nest and had them install a REME HALO LED air purification system. We wanted to protect our pocket and home.

Our store was having the worst time with the AC. I called & received same day service and they repaired the problem on the spot. Signed a service contract right then to avoid any other issues with maintaining the unit. Will never call another AC company.
