Front desk and nurse were nice and attentive. NP Luk-Olivier Jean-Louis was very professional and caring. I was diagnosed with Covid. He Explained everything very well, I never felt rushed. I was extremely pleased with this experience and will absolutely recommend Carbon Health to friends and family.

I brought my one year old daughter in on Friday because her pediatricians office did not have any appointments available. If you have the app for Carbon Health it makes it super easy to schedule and fill out paperwork before arriving. We got in quickly and Luk was the NP that took care of us. He was very kind and patient with us. We left with a prescription for my daughter and she is already doing better. I just wanted to say thank you to the office for getting us in so fast and figuring out her problem.

I was treated for a toenail removal and it went really well. The facility is nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. The nurse practitioner was extremely kind and super careful with my toenail. He even gave my daughter some snacks to comfort her while I was getting the procedure done. Needless to say, it was a great experience.
