Our A/c had stopped the other night, so we scheduled an appointment. Eric was the tech who came out here. Dynamic and super professional. It took him maybe 5 minutes to make diagnoses and another 15-20 to fix it. Great young man!
I have a maintenance contract with Air America and have used them for years. I noticed leaking from the air handler in my garage. I called around 4 pm on a Saturday and a technician was there by 7 pm. I paid extra for a weekend call but no further leaking damage was worth it to me. Damane, the technician was very fast and thorough. He was also very professional and personable throughout the entire process from arrival to payment. I definitely recommend Air America.
I have had a preventive maintenance contract with them for a while. Last service found mold in the blower and evap coil so had the system refresh done. Eric was the technician who arrived to perform it and he was outstanding! He was thorough, professional and friendly. Highly commend him for his competency and workmanship!
