He treated my elderly mother with genuine respect and took the time to explain programs that can help seniors afford roofing work, which meant a lot to our family. Joe is very easy to talk to, patient, and clear in his explanations. Communication has been excellent from the start, and he’s currently putting together a proposal for a new roof. Based on our experience so far, we are moving forward with ABC Roofing for this project. While in the process of getting quotes for a new roof, I made contact with Joe who provided me a quote for my roof. I probably got about 10 roof quotes, during the process of obtaining the quotes, Joe continually called and checked in on me and was the most attentive businessman out of all the roofing companies. His company had a great reputation and did several houses in my neighborhood, and while I would have liked to have used them from the start, their price was a little higher than some of my quotes so when I explained that to Joe, he happily beat my lowest quote.
