After we discovered the charges and raised the alarm, the business owner Nick Moss agreed to a payment plan for reimbursement. We sent the first invoice, we were told the payment was coming, and then we have not heard from him or anyone at Whitewall ever since. It is of course unprofessional of them to not reimburse us for their mistake and not honor our agreement, but their complete disappearing act and lack of any acknowledgement along the way is particularly inexcusable. Do NOT work with Whitewall Media. Whitewall Media/Nick Moss owes our small business over $4,000 from charges made without our consent and has ignored all communication ever since. After we discovered the charges and raised the alarm, the business owner Nick Moss agreed to a payment plan for reimbursement. We sent the first invoice, we were told the payment was coming, and then we have not heard from him or anyone at Whitewall ever since. Not one word, not one cent paid--for well over a month now. It is obviously unprofessional to not pay what you owe and not own up to your mistakes, but it is particularly poor form as a business to not even acknowledge us or tell us that they were not going to honor our agreement. As a small woman-owned business, the damage they have done to us is major and irreparable. This situation is in addition to them being unsuccessful as an agency in general. After nearly a year of working together with many campaigns, ad dollars spent, etc, they did not make an impact on our conversion rate or sales despite many promises and projections of how things would change with time. We can probably only attribute under 10 sales to their ads after months of working with them, with sales coming in from our other efforts, so truly no return on our investment with them. Despite these issues, we put a lot of faith in them and thought we had a good working relationship so this situation is extremely disappointing. Writing this to hopefully prevent them from doing this to anyone else in the future and because it feels very like a great injustice that they can hurt our business so significantly, not honor our payment agreement, and get away with it Scott-free.
