So I am the friend, Kelly O. has been talking about. Thanks Kel for saying my hair always looks great! I have in fact been going to Ramon for a while and he finally helped be fulfill my dream of becoming a red head. I am so happy with my new color. He picked it based on my skin tone and I must say many people think I am a natural red head. Of course, not after two or three weeks which is when the roots start to show! It s a lot of work, but I love the color he chose for me. He's great and not that expensive. I have often told him he could charge more....he says he doesn't want to be that kinda hair dresser.
