Marissa was wonderful! So was Bailey! Bailey made sure I had a backup appointment in case my plane was delayed, since I was flying in from Florida. She was really sweet and helpful. Marissa made me feel like I was in really good hands, she took her time talking with me first, answered all my questions. She has such a talent and artistic eye for lips! I was a little nervous about the swelling for the first couple days, as she continued to reassure me that it would go down, and of course a couple days later, I’m obsessed with my new lips. She gave me back my confidence!! Thank you Bailey and Marissa for such a positive experience!

I started going to Velour back in 2010 however I stopped going once they moved to the Gables area. I guess it was because I thought that parking would be a headache, not sure why I had that preconceived notion which is obviously not true. I decided to have a procedure a few weeks ago and I was happy with the overall experience. From the location, parking, facility, service and customer service. I went back again today for a laser hair removal procedure, my experience was great(a little painful) but not their fault, that is he procedure itself. Hey, beauty hurts, right? Anyway, great salon!
