I truly feel fortunate that I have met Maggie Moya. You may think your real estate agent is a professional, but a true professional can turn you into a professional too!I have been struggling to be a good landlord. Property investment is not for everyone. From property maintenance, tenant screening, to all kinds of dealings with handymen, inspections, contractors, insurance; legal matters, HOA, etc... it used to be overwhelming, I agree with most people that property investment is not profitable and too much work!Maggie has changed all of that for me. Cannot thank Keith Terrell enough for helping my husband and I lock in a rental property in the Snapper Creek area. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to get us in before our lease expired at our previous rental. Keith was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. He made the nightmare that is finding a rental in Miami a breeze. Highly recommend!
