I truly feel fortunate that I have met Maggie Moya. You may think your real estate agent is a professional, but a true professional can turn you into a professional too!I have been struggling to be a good landlord. Property investment is not for everyone. From property maintenance, tenant screening, to all kinds of dealings with handymen, inspections, contractors, insurance; legal matters, HOA, etc... it used to be overwhelming, I agree with most people that property investment is not profitable and too much work!Maggie has changed all of that for me. I have been struggling to be a good landlord. Property investment is not for everyone. From property maintenance, tenant screening, to all kinds of dealings with handymen, inspections, contractors, insurance; legal matters, HOA, etc... it used to be overwhelming, I agree with most people that property investment is not profitable and too much work! Maggie has changed all of that for me. Not only was she able to help me buy/sell/rent my properties, she helped me navigate all kinds of property complexities and headaches. Aside from the normal "professional" quality, you would expect from a real estate agent -- drafting contracts, negotiations, attention to details, showing houses, open house, protecting my interests, etc. Maggie truly took it to a whole new level. I can't list all of the things that she did for me, it is just too many. But I know no real estate agent would help me negotiate with contractors, mitigate tenant conflicts, take care of my roof repair when I wasn't in town, from finding contractors, getting quotes, follow up with the actual work, taking pictures of the repair to send it to me, all I had to do was to send the payment. and she did it twice!! She advised me on how to handle tenants, property maintenance, where to spend money and where to save money, how to remodel, repair a property to maximize value. I took almost all of her advice and I am now a better landlord, better investor. In one short year that I have worked with Maggie, I have become much more proficient in property investment, all thanks to Maggie Moya.

Cannot thank Keith Terrell enough for helping my husband and I lock in a rental property in the Snapper Creek area. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to get us in before our lease expired at our previous rental. Keith was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. He made the nightmare that is finding a rental in Miami a breeze. Highly recommend!
