“I am not really much of a fan of this petsmart due to the parking situation. The parking is free but this plaza/shopping building is too overwhelming. I do like how organized this petsmart is. The workers are very helpful and everything seems stocked. They have sales for kibble topper, by 6 get 2 free I believe. I wish they had a lot more options for puller doggo harnesses.. Other than that, this petsmart is still my local go to.“

“I took my dog for a bath & cut. I was nervous because her coat was heavily matted. To my surprise, her cut was amazing and the left a fur on her. Well it turned out to be the best decision I ever made when I trusted City Bark to take care of my dog for 5 days. They went a and beyond. I had an emergency on a Sunday and even though they do not do admissions in Sunday and considering that I wasn't a returning client Camila and Pablo did and extra effort and took him in. I confirmed how wonderful this place is the day that I took my dog out for a walk and when we returned he was desperate to go inside specially when he saw Alma. he was so happy to see her that I even got jealous. “V.I.PAWSITIVE PET SERVICE was recommended to us in our neighborhood, and we are very satisfied with the service. We left our dogs for 1 week, 2 Labrador retrievers aged 4 years and 1 year. The older one is very attached to us, very calm but suffers from separation anxiety, and the younger one is playful and energetic. We were thrilled; we had never felt such tranquility and security before. We received daily videos from Paul and Keii of the dogs and saw that they were happy and well-treated. “Fifi is the absolute best! She has been lovingly taking care of my dogs for almost 20 years. She took care of my previous “senior” dog, who passed away at 15 years old. She’s now been taking care of my two dogs since they were both puppies.Not only is she so sweet with my dogs, but she is super knowledgeable about their health. She’s been great about giving my older dog needed medicine when I’m traveling and always keeps their medicine schedule up to date.My dogs are always so happy to stay with her and absolutely love her. “I did a lot of research before choosing a new groomer for our pup, Ruby, and based on reviews I decided to check them out. I sent over her vax history so drop off was easy. I texted a pic of what we wanted her to look like and they did a fantastic job. We got a pic of her as the grooming was wrapping up so we could plan to head over. She was there for about 3 hours total and seemed really comfortable and happy when we got there. They will definitely be our groomer loving forward.“

“I am beyond happy with my experience here!!! My girl has a vet that I'm happy with, but she needed a complicated surgery that her vet had never performed. I called Quail Roost, and they informed me that the vet does perform it but had to evaluate her first. They are SO great!!! Everyone is so nice! Dr. Guerrero is amaaaziiing! He took me to the back the first day, showed me her X-rays, and explained the procedure. I called to schedule the surgery, and they fit me in right away. They said I could call during the day to check on her, and they called me as soon as she was out of surgery to let me know she was ok. When I went to pick her up, both the staff and the vet explained the meds and gave me instructions. Dr. Guerrero took me to the back to show me new X-rays and go into detail about why her surgery was complicated. I was freaking out, but he sounded so confident that I felt reassured that she was in good hands. Dr. Guerrero is very knowledgeable and empathetic. Afterwards, he carried my fat girl to the car and placed her down gently. He performed a tail amputation and a spay, and I'm very satisfied with the results. “I can’t express how amazing the facility and staff are at DOG Hotels Miami Shores! My fiancé and I have a 9-month old puppy, Moose, and as much as he’s the love of our lives, we swore that nothing/no one in the world be able to tucker him out… he’s constantly going a million miles an hour! He’s the sweetest boy, he just has such a passion for life. We felt bad keeping him at home while we were at work, and are SO fortunate to have come across DOG Hotels Miami Shores.
