This group operates a side business at this location offering ‘locker rentals’ to visa applicants (as the visa processing site adjacent to their office does not allow electronics like laptops - which comes as a surprise). For this service, they charge a shamefully astronomical sum ($60 for an appointment that lasts at most a couple hours), profiting off the desperation of visitors who have no other solution (and can’t miss their appointment). Often these applicants are foreign and of lower means; while this business certainly has no obligation to offer this locker service, their price gouging and profiteering should be a clear indication of their overall business...read full review

I can't praise this firm enough for the diligence and guidance they've provided to me as a small business owner over the last several years. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had to follow up with them multiple times via text and email. Don't do your taxes with this company if you are looking for an organized firm.
