    My appointment was at 3:30 pm and I arrived at 3:20 10 minutes before. It was 4:06 when I walked out. It’s ridiculous I waited 46 minutes to be exact. No one spoke to me to apologize for the delay besides saying hi when I walked in and that they were running a bit behind. A bit behind is not 46 minutes. So upsetting.
