I'm a 32 year old who got rear ended and after that started having chronic back and neck pain. Dr Mahl started helping me after a year and a half of living with pain and trying other therapies unsuccessfully. After a few sessions I started to feel better, recovered movement, the pain went away and I started feeling my own age again. Thanks to Dr. Mahl and his team for your help!

Dr. Mahl is a fantastic doctor! I was in extreme pain, this time last year and I am beyond thankful to have had the good fortune of being treated by Dr. Charles Mahl. I collapsed my disc at L5/S1 and flew to Miami for Spinal Decompression. The disc had shifted onto my spinal cord and the pain was excruciating. Unfortunately, I was in so much pain that I could not lie on my back for the 20 mins needed to complete a session so my Chiropractor and I discussed options and she recommended Dr. Mahl. I shuffled in the office with two canes for support and a back brace, in so much pain that I could hardly stay in any position for more than a few seconds. Dr. Mahl explained the treatment options and recommended a prolotherapy treatment. chatting with him was so refreshing and encouraging. He explained that he too had suffered a bad injury many years ago and understood how I felt but wanted to help me get rid of the pain. Dr. Mahl and his team are very compassionate and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and complete the procedure given my limited mobility. I completed one treatment that Friday evening and the pain reduced by the time I left the office and continued to reduce over the weekend. I was finally able to sleep and go to the bathroom on my own. One week later and I went back to my Chiropractor and was able to stay on the decompression machine for the duration of the treatment, with no pain! Thanks to the prolotherapy I was also able to complete this course of decompression treatment over the following weeks. Soon, I was walking more upright with one cane and one month later, I was walking on my own with no pain. Dr. Mahl, thank you so much!
