I was here in Miami on a trip. I usually bring an extra pair of contacts, just in case. Of course, the one time I forget my contacts rip. I am so incredibly grateful to the woman at the front desk (unfortunately, I didn’t get her name). Who helped me with a quick purchase and a pair of trial contacts. She was incredibly kind and understanding when helping me solve this issue. I’m sure I will remember this story and her kindness. If she’s a representation of the customer service at Coral Gables Eye Care then you will be in great hands.
