Juan Sanchez just represented us in the sale of a condo. This was a very complicated deal for many reasons including the inept Property Manager (Pazos Robaina, stay away!). We also live out of state so relied heavily on Juan and he was absolutely outstanding! Very knowledgeable and kept us in contact through the entire process.
