This program will certainly push you to do better! You have to be committed and disciplined, within health limits of course, but if you do it, this program will get you results.
The training sessions have a ramp and a stair set that is an absolute killer. I’ve even started to run faster (by over a minute/mile) in my run club thanks to this portion of the workout. ??‍♀️
My only comment is for them to grow and expand so their classes could be offered in more locations. Wishing them the best. ✌️

The best Team for work outs ever! It's amaizing the encouragement and good vibes that I receive everyday working out with the Ro's. It's a Total work out, not only for your body but for your mind and spirit!!! Love you guys?? God bless you always for changing so many lives.??
