Great experience at Visioncare Family office. Went for an annual eye exam. The appointment was on time. Efficient staff and very helpful in giving suggestions for the frames ( great selection!!!) and with no negative upselling or pressure to make a decision. Both staff and Dr. Sicoia were courteous and they showed prompt attention to detail and willingness to answer any question I had. Dr Sicoia was very knowledgeable and took her time to explain every procedure she performed. I felt very confident and in good hands. The office is very clean and they implemented COVID precautions disinfecting areas before procedures. I felt safe. Thank you for a high quality service ! Definitely recommend!
Wonderful experience with my two children 5 and 13. The youngest one was quite nervous but Dr. Secoia was so kind and gentle making him comfortable and cooperative. He was quite disappointed that she did not prescribe any glasses but mom is happy to know that he doesn’t need them. :) Highly recommend Visioncare Family.
Gem in the Middle of a Shopping Plaza I had received recommendation from a co-worker. I loved the quality and the personal touch of the treatment I received; in addition to the heartfelt follow up directly from the doctor with a recent eye issue I had. Also loved the new glasses. Great quality. They fit my face well and had no issues with the transition lens fit. Highly recommend if you are looking for an eye doctor too check them out.
