“If you have a Rat problem there’s no better company to solve that problem. If you’re looking for a free quote or free inspection don’t count on it. If they’re coming out it’s because they’re going to go get the job done not waste time on free inspections. I’ve called multiple pest control companies and have been had the house tented and no one could fix the problem. I’ve had companies tell me we’ll close up all access to the house which was a lie they were just blocking off random areas not even where the rats were coming in from and we’re gonna place traps in your attic and you’ll have a 1 year warranty? For what? First of all that’s not even where I heard the rats and why would I want a pest control company to keep coming back. The best service would be one time and done never have to come back again. When Robert came he quickly and efficiently identified the problem cut the wall open, fixed the sewer pipe, and performed a smoke test. The problem that I have been dealing with for the last 10 years and thousands of dollars wasted was solved on a Saturday morning before noon.“

Joel helped me identify what the bugs were and how I could get rid of them Myself instead of just coming out and doing a treatment and charging me for something that might not have worked. “A very thorough company did the treatment to exterminate German cockroaches and large cockroaches and also treated wood-eating ants, even though the extermination was paid for two visits, we asked the company to come again for an inspection, they came at no extra charge and did a smoke test and found two places that needed to be sealed so that roaches wouldn't enter. And they infected again in several places and promised to come back for the fourth time in about two weeks to do another final pest control. Without a doubt, the company shows a very high willingness to solve the problem we have at home from cockroaches and even came to the third treatment without additional payment. We will wait for the fourth treatment and I hope we solved the problem.“
