Tattoo removal: service was amazing from start to finish, Sandy made me feel extremely comfortable and outlined expectations very clearly before the procedure actually started. Also, was just a pleasure talking to her in general. Before beginning the procedure, they hand you glasses for eye protection, and a stress ball to squeeze as it is fairly painful. She was very accommodating and did a test app for each tattoo before continuing and worked in sections to accommodate for my pain tolerance (this is nottt for the weak but the environment is super pleasant so they make it better). Once done, I inquired about acne scar removal treatments, and was seen within 5 minutes for a consult. My micro needling consult was with Dawn, and she was very receptive to my past experiences, questions, and skin concerns/requests for product suggestions.
