They said it wasn’t necessary and fixed the issue at hand. That kind of honesty was all I needed to feel confident I wouldn’t be taken advantage of. I called them and had their tech Tristan show up in about an hour. He was professional and pleasant to work with: He quickly troubleshot and fixed the problem, blower motor.
