Club Pilates at Cooper City has changed my life. I love this studio and I love these instructors. I originally joined Club Pilates with the limited 8 sessions per month and quickly upgraded to unlimited. I was experiencing lower back pain from sitting at a computer most of the day, and I knew that I needed to switch up my existing exercise routine.
With the help of my favorite instructors (Alejandra, Ivette, and Claudia), I saw changes to my body within a few weeks. The transformation was truly amazing. I now attend 6 days a week and Club Pilates is without question the highlight of my day. No two classes are the same! I rotate between different level classes, different class types and different instructors. After 100 classes, I'm TWO SIZES smaller than when I first walked into the studio.
Additionally, the front desk has always been so helpful and friendly. They are the true definition of professionalism. Anytime I needed to rebook on short notice or if I had an emergency, they have always been quick to call me back and have been very accommodating.
I would recommend Club Pilates at Cooper City to anyone who is looking for core strength training, toning and an overall good time. You won't regret it! I've gained confidence, I'm able to do exercises that I wasn't able to do before, and I've made wonderful Pilates Friends.

Synthia was amazing! Very personable and professional. Spent a lot of time educating me on how to take care of my curls. I appreciated even when I called to make the appointment - the staff was extremely nice, professional and had me send in photos. I appreciated Synthia's input helping me get from my "wish" photo to what is more aesthetic for my skin tone and hair and the way she asked me questions and listened to what I wanted. Hands down the most professional experience I've had in a very long time.
My bride goes here every three months to get her mane and brows pampered by Alison G. Shes been going to Alison G for the last fifteen years. My bride loves the banter with all the other women in the place during the two hours of bliss. After this big event, my bride always comes home and displays proudly to me her long mane and brows which i tell her looks great. This location is highly recommended.

Old school but professionally-operated barbershop. Barbers are very respectful, offer you cafecito, and are experienced in their craft. It is a bit small compared to other barbershops and the seating area to wait your turn is rather limited, but if you set up an appointment with them you should be fine.
Requested style: If you're not a regular customer, they ask you what would you like, and they'll work with you on the style in terms of the specifics, such as do you want back of your neck to have a circular or square finish.

I need fills, my appointment is tomorrow so I'll buy up a before and after (if I can) in still being compliments by at least 5-6 people a day while I'm working, even needing a fill. When I arrived for my appointment I was met with a wonderful spa like smell and a warm welcome from Veronica. She explained the process before beginning the ombré brow lamination and made me feel so comfortable that I fell asleep while she worked on my brows.

Surprisingly, my Stirling Dental fees, in my opinion, was more affordable than that of another multiple location dental company that I recently visited here in Fort Lauderdale, In fact, Sterling Dental fees were moderate and reasonable given the qualitative and quantitative component of the service which I received.There was no obvious padding of the bill and this meant a lot to me, as was this doctor's total involvement in the delivery of service.

I brought my Great Pyrenees to Huggies, a breed that most groomers in Miami reject for their size and long hair. They took their time, they didn't rush, and they charge a fair price. My dog usually hates groomers, but when I came to pick him up, he looked very happy, and left with hugs and treats.
Go for quality groomers, not for the ones that will charge $5 and do a half-a$$ job. Your dog deserves the best.
I signed up for the $49 INTRO-MONTH UNLIMITED CLASS to try it out. Definitely worth it, it's a steal! The instructor's guide, motivate, and encourage you to have a good workout. Fellow students have positive mindsets. I had a good practice every time I attended their classes, it never felt like a contest like some other yoga studios that I attended do. Just BE YOU. Hot flow zen/hot vinyasa with Laura in the morning class was the best for me, she closes her practices with nice wisdom readings at the end. She's a natural and gifted yogini. I highly recommend this hot yoga studio, Laura and her team are really good instructors. You won't be disappointed.
Ruth is so enthusiastic about what she does, you get to immerse yourself in that uplifting and healing energy. She is so knowledgeable, she is actually the most knowledgeable yoga teacher I had come across. She teaches the core and tradition of yoga practice and has always a smile in her face.
