Loved the concept and they had a great playlist.
HITT training based on timed exercises ranging from a running on a treadmill , climber, then a series of weights, and boxing.
I recommend it! its located in a great area 2nd floor of Cocowalk

I'm in Miami every other month and my absolute FAVORITE go to gym now is Infinity!! Love the vibe, the workouts are next level and the best part is the the Recovery Room after.
