The staff was nice and informative and the spray tan machine was clean and dry in bottom when I stepped in. The location is bigger than I expected and it was super quick and efficient.

I haven't been to this location in over 7 years or so. Don't recall having any adverse interactions with the attendants. There is no excuse for some of the behavior I have read in the reviews, but I also know there are two and sometimes three sides to every story. And although this does not excuse being treated disrespectfully, it's sort of the norm these days that worsened after the Trump debacle and COVID. That's why when I went to Tijuana Flats yesterday and was greeted and treated so friendly, I was astounded. Many service oriented businesses could learn from them. Love this place! Their sunless tanning booth is amazing, and their staff is always so sweet and helpful. I got a membership with them after my first visit. Highly recommend :)Services: Tanning
