The staff was nice and informative and the spray tan machine was clean and dry in bottom when I stepped in. The location is bigger than I expected and it was super quick and efficient.

I haven't been to this location in over 7 years or so. Don't recall having any adverse interactions with the attendants. There is no excuse for some of the behavior I have read in the reviews, but I also know there are two and sometimes three sides to every story. And although this does not excuse being treated disrespectfully, it's sort of the norm these days that worsened after the Trump debacle and COVID. That's why when I went to Tijuana Flats yesterday and was greeted and treated so friendly, I was astounded. Many service oriented businesses could learn from them. And they take care of your needs from the time you arrive to the time you leave...even open the door for you. Really an ideal business model...not to mention the food is great. But I digress. I don't expect this type of treatment wherever I go, and that's how you keep from being disappointed. These salon girls may not be trained properly, but that's on the owner. You factor in the very low wage they make and the attitude of no consequence if they lose the job because mom and dad will still take care of them, and that carries over to how they will treat the customer. That's pretty much anyplace you go nowadays, not just South Beach Tanning. I always bring my own supplies to clean my bed because I'm sure the same work ethic is put into sanitizing where I will be laying down. As a matter of fact, I tried to only select a stand up for that reason. I think about how conscientious I was at the age and although I hate to generalize, it's completely understandable how most of these young people will not go above and beyond for anyone. The overall sense of entitlement has reached epic proportions. That's the world we currently live in. "That's the poop, so take a big whiff." Try to have a good day, anyway.

Love this place! Their sunless tanning booth is amazing, and their staff is always so sweet and helpful. I got a membership with them after my first visit. Highly recommend :)Services: Tanning
