Just had my trees trimmed for hurricane season Steve responded in a timely manner. The team showed up on time, did a great job, completely cleaned up area and removed debris Didn't get other estimates but think it was a reasonable quote.

This company was hired to do our annual tree trimming, which they did but didn't trim as much as i would like but city limits that . Their prices were amazing so we hired them for more removals and clean up. This process was a nightmare, took out wrong things, left trees hired to remove, double charged us and took 6 months for them to fix billing. Steve was why we started with this company but he turned us over to his son(very nice kid) but crew disrespected him and did what they wanted. They said they would be on property then didn't show, this went on from May to October. Very unorganized, lack of communication between staff, many changes in staff in this time frame. Just an absolute mess. I wish they would have been willing to fix these issues and give us hope to be able to use them again but that didn't happen. They left tree roots obvious sticking up and still in place on removal, sticks and branches all over after trimming and sawdust shavings thick in pile where trees removed. We were told sod was included in all bids but that wasn't true. now we have bald spot and have to hire another company to solve their problems. We were never rude but just wanted what they were hired to do to be done and we just kept asking for that. tons of emails and meetings on-site with everyone but Steve and that is just bad business. It was like we were a problem and he was going to avoid us. Lesson learned. Thanks STN

Steve and his team are AWESOME. They showed up on time, gave great advice, and did exactly what they says they would do. My trees have never looked better and the price was right. Highly recommend!!Services: Tree stump grinding
