The Drs. Are fantastic! The nurse/nurse assistants and front desk are EXTREMELY RUDE with their comments and demeanor. The Lab nurses are also A++. Very patient with the kiddos especially when they almost pass out due to getting blood drawn. Just don’t ask about the time frame on seeing a Doctor, they will speak very loudly in the hallway about how Parents need to allow time for their appointments, and if we can’t wait then we don’t need to schedule an appointment..…meanwhile it was well over an hour of wait time before anyone came into the room. Besides those negatives, go for the Drs.
Love Dr. Virdee he’s exceptionally outstanding with his care for the kids. I HATE the front desk staff there’s absolutely no customer service. Donna need to be put in the back she does not represent the company well neither is the office manager. Besides them it’s a great practice!
