I recently had my first laser underarm treatment, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! Jess was absolutely amazing—she took the time to explain everything to me step by step, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Since it was my first time, I was a bit nervous, but Jess was so kind and attentive. She consistently asked if I was feeling okay or if the treatment was hurting, adjusting the settings to make sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated her care and professionalism. I'm in love with my results. I purchased 6 sessions for full legs, underarms and face and I saw results since the first session. I just completed my 3rd session and I'm only shaving one time between session (to be perfectly hairless) which before I used to shave every day (it was a nightmare). Another point, it's their customer service, Jess is my technician and I love her. She is very friendly and always asks me questions to understand my progress and she also provides tips to make sure that I'm following everything correctly. Great prices too!
