“I had excellent service from Dittmer Air & Heat (my regular A/C service provider was unavailable). The technician (Stephen S) was very professional and knowledgeable. During the A/C service, the technician performed an maintenance service that I had never seen performed by any other local A/C service companies; he spray out my external A/C unit with water. Note: I always walk around with any contractor performing services at my house. To my surprise, a large amount of sand/dirt wash out of the coils, making my A/C more efficient.
