This morning when I woke up at 6:30 as I discovered I didn't have air conditioning. I waited until 8:00 and called Enviro Cool to come out to repair my air conditioning unit. When the technician Gabriel checked the system and found the problem right away. The repair was completed in a short time. Dave amd Mike came out promptly for an estimate and gave me an extremely fair price to remove and replace all my ductwork. Dave has been in this industry a very long time is an honest man. Mike came out to complete the work and did an awesome job in a very reasonable time frame, making sure to clean up at the end of the day as well. Stephanie in the office was a joy to speak with as well, very upbeat and provides great customer service. All around a great company to do business with. Dave's company, EnviroCool has been servicing our 15 manufactured homes plus our condo for the last 10 years. In the beginning it was only Dave and Mike doing all the repairs and installations and they definitely know what they're doing. Dave is very conscientious and has always responded quickly when we've called with an AC problem. They even recharged an elderly lady's AC unit here in the park at no cost when told about her financial situation after she was told she needed a new $5000.00 AC unit from another company. Her AC unit is still working fine. I would recommend EnviroCool to anyone. Rudy G.
